- Returns & Replacements
- Due to the nature of the products we offer, items purchased are not returnable. Many sex toys and adult products come in packaging that is impossible to tell if it has been opened, used or tampered with. We will not risk the health and safety of others by accepting returns. Please ensure that you thoroughly research your item(s) before purchase. If you have any product questions in regards to sizes, colors, materials, operation, or anything more, please contact us for assistance.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged/defective product you must contact us within 2 days of delivery and explain the details of your issue. If we agree to assign you an RMA # (Return Merchandise Number), you will be instructed on how to ship the item(s) back to us. Items returned to us without an RMA # or items not in their original packaging condition, and suspected to have been used, will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstance. We will ship back such items at your expense. If your item is accepted as a valid return, you will either be issued a credit or an identical replacement.
For any replacements with defective items after use, please consult the warranty card provided with the product. The manufacturer has the capacity to handled used products and will gladly replace defective items within the warranty period stated on the card. - Please note that all product measurements are approximate. While we strive to have the most accurate information possible, the sizes listed on our site may marginally vary. Some measurements are provided to us by the manufacturer and some measurements have been taken by our staff. - Viewing Orders
- A copy of your order is emailed to you at the time of purchase. However, to view your order history information, you may log in to your account via the "log in" link located at the top of the site. Once you have logged in successfully, click on the "My Orders" link located on the left side to access your previous order information. Note: to access order history you must have an account created.
- Order Cancellations
- To cancel an order you must contact us immediately. Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet shipped. If you have placed an order and with us and we have already processed payment, we reserve the right to credit your account, less 10% of your total order. This is to cover the costs of our processing fees as well as restocking fees.
- Shipping & Delivery
- All our orders are shipped insured with tracking via Canada Post. For your privacy, we ensure all packages are "plain brown box" and discreetly labeled with no mention of the product nature or our company name. Should your package tear open in transit, we also double wrap your order in black opaque plastic bags for added security.

- Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the products that have been added to your shopping cart. For the average order, Expedited shipping costs will be $10 plus tax and Express shipping will be $15 plus tax. All orders over $75 qualify for FREE standard domestic shipping.
- Timeframe
- Packages shipped via Canada Post Expedited typically arrive between 2 and 10 business days. Packages shipped via Canada Post Express typically arrive between 1 and 5 business days.
